GETRAG is committed to "Sustainability Policy and Code of Conduct and Ethics" which not only form the basis for our corporate activities, but also determine the cooperation with our business partners.
These principles are based on internationally recognised guidelines:

- ILO (International Labour Organisation) Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
- OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
International, national and local regulations, labour legislation and other contractual or non-contractual agreements, if any, also apply.
