Innovation that comes from tradition: since 1935 GETRAG is known as a specialist for high-quality transmissions. We have always been pushing forward the wheel of development together with our customers and have continued to develop ourselves as well.

GETRAG FORD Transmissions was founded as a joint venture between GETRAG and Ford in 2001.

2007 we expanded our global activities on the Asia resp. North American Market with the foundation of GETRAG Asia Pacific and GETRAG Americas.
